Meeting Room Layout Overview

Before selecting from the Fixed Set Meeting Rooms or Variable Set Meeting Rooms, review the types of room layouts to choose the best option for your event.

Fixed Set Meeting Rooms have a permanent layout and furniture setup that cannot be rearranged.

Variable Set Meeting Rooms offer flexible layout options that can be configured to meet your event’s specific needs.

These rooms layouts may not be altered. Special requests for layout alterations are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will incur a fixed set room change fee (see event enhancement costs here), example layouts are shown below.
