Notes: Not reservable when Great Hall is in use by another organization.

EVENT TIERS
Lounge & Lobby reservations are categorized into three tiers. Please refer below for tier descriptions and rental rates. Limits are based on space capacity. Visit our reservations and policy page for more information about usage guidelines. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information or with questions.
Tier 1:
A public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established set-up.
Tier 2:
A private (a) social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established setup.
- (a) West Lounge is not available for a private event
Tier 3:
A private (a) or public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a customized setup. All events requesting permission to serve alcohol in the Art Gallery or Class of 2000 Lounge are considered Tier 3. Alcohol is not permissible in the West Lounge.
