EVENT TIERS
Lounge & Lobby reservations are categorized into three tiers. Please refer below for tier descriptions and rental rates. Limits are based on space capacity. Tier 1:
A public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established set-up.
Tier 2:
A private (a) social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established setup.
- (a) West Lounge is not available for a private event
Tier 3:
A private (a) or public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a customized setup. All events requesting permission to serve alcohol in the Art Gallery or Class of 2000 Lounge are considered Tier 3. Alcohol is not permissible in the West Lounge.
