Notes: The Carolina Union Art Gallery is a heavily trafficked thoroughfare and reservations for this space may be denied due to other events occurring in the building or on campus. Private events are not permitted prior to 4PM or when events are occurring in the Union Auditorium. No regularly scheduled meetings are allowed in space.

EVENT TIERS
Lounge & Lobby reservations are categorized into three tiers. Please refer below for tier descriptions and rental rates. Our package pricing includes labor, event-related equipment, and furniture. Additional event enhancements can be added for an additional fee. Please refer below for tier descriptions and rental rates. Tier 1:
A public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established set-up.
Tier 2:
A private (a) social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a choice of a pre-established setup.

Tier 3:
A private (a) or public social mixer, exhibit, or reception with a customized setup. All events requesting permission to serve alcohol in the Art Gallery or Class of 2000 Lounge are considered Tier 3. Alcohol is not permissible in the West Lounge.
