Event Services is a team of passionate experts dedicated to ensuring all meetings and events meet their potential by delivering comprehensive scheduling and ticketing, innovative audiovisuals, and welcoming environments. We support over 20,000 bookings annually and can help make your next event a success.

- SELECT YOUR VENUE: We manage a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces including auditoriums, performance spaces, and lecture rooms.
- CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES: Our reservations team will work with you to review all of your programming details. Whether you are hosting a large conference or a small meeting, we will help you make it a success. Not hosting your event in the Union? We also offer a full inventory of rental equipment and off‐site service support.
- POLICIES AND FEES: Get to know the ins-and-outs of using our space by reviewing our policies and fees.
