Niharika Koppolu, or Niha to friends and family, is a Biostatistics and Mathematics double major from Raleigh, NC. Niharika is passionate about social justice, healthcare, dialogue, and community-centered service. At UNC, she is heavily involved with the Campus Y, APPLES Service Learning, the Buckley Public Service Scholars, and the Student Health Action Coalition. Outside of school, she works with local organizations to promote reentry and carceral equity for justice-impacted individuals. In her free time, she loves playing the electric guitar, backpacking, playing squash, hiking, and lying out on the quad with her friends!
