Kira is a sophomore from Centennial, Colorado studying Public Policy and Economics. She hopes to use her degrees to improve teacher retention in rural areas. At UNC, Kira works as a research assistant and an admissions ambassador, serves in the executive branch of student government, and teaches kids a consent curriculum through the Orange County Rape Crisis Center. She is an avid reader of memoirs, lover of hiking, and movie fanatic.
