Eva Barrat, a Freshman from Annapolis, MD, is double-majoring in Pre-Business and Public Policy. Last year, she served as a Senate Page in the Maryland General Assembly and completed an internship with a Maryland State Delegate. She also organized a community 5k race, which raised money for the non-profit, Doctors Without Borders. Currently, she is an account executive at The Daily Tar Heel, where she raises money for the paper. She also serves as an appointed member of the Student Conduct Board, supporting their education and outreach initiatives to increase policy awareness across the undergraduate community. As a blog writer for the Undergraduate Law Association at Carolina, she has a few publications to her name and plans to write more. In the summer of 2026, she will complete a Marketing and Public Outreach internship with the Annapolis Blues Soccer team and volunteer with a non-profit surfing business in Lima, Peru.
