Riya Shah is a NC Fellow in the class of 2028 planning to study biology and business. She runs a student organization and registered nonprofit called Sunshine in my Bag dedicated to assisting female chemotherapy patients and is involved with several organizations such as Community Government and UNC WinSPIRE. She hopes to combine her interdisciplinary interests at UNC to provide public service to a wide variety of populations. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and being creative.
