All student employees are evaluated throughout the year according to a rubric of six categories: job knowledge, efficiency, reliability, critical thinking, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills. Each month Carolina Union full-time staff nominates five student employees who have demonstrated exemplary behavior in one or more of these categories. Please help us congratulate these students on this impressive achievement!

How has the Union helped you become more than a student?

"With the help of the Union Director, Crystal King, I was able to have a space that allowed me to work and see my passion for Unique Heels to come to fruition.
