Betsy Pierce, House Staff Coordinator from the House of Gryffindor, was recently honored as the Union’s fall Employee of the Semester. During Betsy’s five semesters with the Union, she has illustrated a great amount of growth and this semester her Union House Cup pride really made her shine. Betsy has been an irreplaceable staff member through the busy fall semester. She has stepped into multiple roles at once and has handled the responsibility with grace and poise. Betsy has consistently engaged with her staff members and has encouraged others to participate both in and outside of the Union. Her ability to multi-task has been valuable to the fast-paced office environment and her contributions are evident through the day-to-day tasks that full time staff have confidently delegated to her.
