All student employees are evaluated throughout the year according to a rubric of six categories: job knowledge, efficiency, reliability, critical thinking, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills. Each month Carolina Union full-time staff nominates five student employees who have demonstrated exemplary behavior in one or more of these categories.
