Fall 2021–Spring 2022 Update
First Day of Reservations is April 22nd, starting at 9 am for Fall 2021 (August 18-December 1) and Spring 2022 (January 10- April 27).
All requesters must complete 25Live training to submit reservations online. Training must have been completed by April 16th to gain access by April 22nd.
Event Services office hours on April 22nd will be from 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm. Event Services will be taking walk ins, virtual zoom calls, phone calls, and emails to ensures a smooth process of booking reservations as we continue to encourage social distancing and UNC Covid-19 guidelines.
Reservations must still be submitted through 25Live.
