University Department Participation Sign-Up
Due to the volume of requests, department tables are no longer available for FallFest 2019. If your department is still interested in participating in FallFest, please visit our sponsorship page for information on becoming a sponsor.
Each department will be provided a table that is 30" x 72" (2.5 feet x 6 feet).
- Please make sure that any materials you use to advertise your department fit within those dimensions.
- A power source will be available, but you must supply your own extension cord.
- A representative will be required to check in at the main Information Table prior to set-up between 7:00pm and 7:45pm. The event will start at 8:00pm.
- Departments are asked to staff their tables until 11pm, at which time you can check out at the main Information Table.
To request a table email firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited and tables will be assigned in order received.
There will be a $100 charge per table. The Carolina Union will invoice your department for this charge.
