University Department Tables

University Department Participation Sign-Up

  • Each department will be provided a table that is 30" x 72" (2.5 feet x 6 feet).

    • Please make sure that any materials you use to advertise your department fit within those dimensions.
    • A power source will be available, but you must supply your own extension cord.
  • A representative will be required to check in at the main Information Table prior to set-up between 7:00pm and 7:45pm.  The event will start at 8:00pm.
  • Departments are asked to staff their tables until 11pm, at which time you can check out at the main Information Table.

To request a table email Space is limited and tables will be assigned in order received.

There will be a $100 charge per table. The Carolina Union will invoice your department for this charge.
