The Housing Occupancy Report is a list of all the members who are living in your house for the next semester. All you have to do is open the template file and fill in your chapter, house manager, fire marshal and the semester (i.e. Spring 2014) at the top. Then, list all members of your organization who are living in the house for next semester with their first name, last name, PID, and email. Once your list is complete, save it as "Your Chapter Name - Housing Occupancy Report Spring 2014" (i.e. Omega Omega Omega – Housing Occupancy Report Spring 2014) and email it to Fraternity and Sorority Life. Your occupancy report is due with your Fire Marshal Log.
