New CUBE Reservation Policy

Marketing & Design Extends Office Hours

In early August the Marketing and Design department moved to the first floor of the Union and suite 1506. After being in a temporary space for over a year this move provides a permanent home for the department. Begining in fall 2012, Marketing & Design offered extended operational hours. New Pit Information

Starting in the Spring, the Pit will be divided into 3 areas rather than 2 in order to accommodate more groups and activities in a highly visible space. Between 10am-2pm, the Pit is split into 3 sections; a single group may reserve up to two adjacent sections.  Pit 1 is closest to the Union, Pit 2 is closest to the Undergraduate Library, and Pit 3 is located between the trees in the center of the Pit.

2012-2013 Official Recognition Process Winds Down

On November 23, 2012 the Office of Student Activities and Student Organizations (OSAASO) closed the 2012-2013 renewal recognition process for existing student organizations.
