The Union offers a number of dining and snack options. Alpine Bagel serves gourmet sandwiches, salads, hearty soups, a variety of beverages, and bagels. Wendy's serves a variety of breakfast options, sandwiches, salads, wraps, fries, and Frostys. There are also a number of vending machines in the building offering quick snacks and drinks.

There are many lounge spaces in the Union and all are public spaces that may be used for studying, socializing, snacking, and relaxing. They include the large and bustling West lounge off the main lobby, the high-tech collaborative space in the Underground, the calm and quiet Class of 2000 Lounge on the third floor, and numerous others throughout the building.
